The 12th ACSE Annual Conference brings together editors, publishers, policymakers, technologists, librarians, and other stakeholders from across the scholarly publishing ecosystem to exchange perspectives, build professional networks, and address current challenges shaping the future of scholarly communication. Held online via Zoom on 15–16 August 2026, this year’s conference focuses on “Rebuilding Trust in Scholarly Publishing” amid growing pressures on editorial systems, peer review, research evaluation, and publishing practices. Participants will engage in focused discussions, gain practical insights from industry leaders, explore responsible approaches to innovation and policy, and connect with a global community shaping scholarly communication.

This workshop will explore the application of AI, NVivo, bibliometric analysis, mixed methods, and big data analytics in sustainable tourism research and high-impact academic publications.
